The agreement between you and RAG Learning Ltd.
Last updated: 10 October 2026
The short version. The free plan stays free. Pro is a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel in two clicks from Settings. If you change your mind within 14 days of subscribing, email us and we will refund you in full. Our notes and AI marking are revision aids, not official exam board material, and we cannot promise a grade.
RAG Learning is operated by RAG Learning Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17472101, registered office 84 Wynchgate, London N14 6RN. You can reach us at TChandranivasan@raglearning.uk.
These terms form a contract between you and us. By creating an account you accept them.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use the free plan, but you need permission from a parent or guardian before taking out a paid subscription, and the cardholder must consent to the payment.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into it.
Free plan. Spec-matched notes, diagnostics, RAG tracking, the core practice-question bank, streaks and medals, free for as long as we run the service.
RAG Pro. Everything in the free plan plus unlimited practice questions, AI marking and explanations, the past-paper archive, predicted grades, custom study plans and downloadable notes.
We add to and improve the service over time. We may change or withdraw individual features, but if we remove something substantial from Pro you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of what you have paid.
| Plan | Price | Renews |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | £9.99 | Every month |
| Six months | £56.00 | Every 6 months |
| Annual | £100.00 | Every 12 months |
Prices include VAT where it applies. Payment is taken when you subscribe, except that if you subscribe while you still have free early-adopter Premium, your first payment is taken on the day that free period ends, and the checkout page shows that date. Your plan renews automatically at the same price for the same period until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you are free to cancel before then.
If a payment fails, we will keep your subscription open for a short period while Stripe retries, and you can update your card from Settings. If payment still cannot be taken, Pro access ends and your account reverts to the free plan.
Go to Settings → Manage subscription and cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not ask for a reason and there is no cancellation fee.
As a consumer you have 14 days from subscribing to change your mind. Because you get full access to a digital service immediately, we could ask you to waive this right. We do not. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, email us at TChandranivasan@raglearning.uk and we will refund that payment in full, even if you have used the service. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within 5 to 10 working days.
After the first 14 days, payments already taken are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next one. This does not affect your legal rights if something goes wrong with the service itself.
Please do not:
If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account. Where that happens because of something serious, we may do so without a refund.
The notes, questions, explanations and design of RAG Learning belong to us, or are used with permission. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own study while your account is open.
Past papers and mark schemes remain the copyright of the relevant exam boards. We point to and work alongside their material; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of AQA, OCR, Pearson Edexcel, Eduqas or any other awarding body.
Anything you write — your own flashcards, notes and answers — stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide the service to you.
We work hard to match our content to the current specifications, but we cannot guarantee that every piece of material is free of errors, nor that it covers everything your exam might ask. It is a revision aid, and it does not replace your teacher, your textbook or the exam board's own documents.
AI marking is an estimate produced by software. It is useful for practice and for spotting weaknesses, but it is not a mark from an examiner and carries no weight with any exam board. The same goes for predicted grades, which are based only on your activity on this site.
We cannot promise any particular grade or outcome. What you get out of revision depends on you.
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be down, for example during maintenance or if a supplier has an outage.
If the service is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including to a repair or a refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Beyond that, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the problem arose. We are not liable for exam results, lost opportunities, or loss that was not foreseeable.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may close an account that breaches these terms, or if we stop running the service, in which case we will give you reasonable notice and refund anything you have paid for and not received.
If you are unhappy with anything, email TChandranivasan@raglearning.uk and we will reply within 5 working days. We would always rather sort a problem out directly.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your own country's courts.
We may update these terms, for example if we add features or the law changes. If a change affects you, we will tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand, and you may cancel before it takes effect if you do not agree.
